What are your opening hours?
We are open 7/24; 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Do I need to weigh and sort my laundry?
No, we just ask for a weight estimate < 7 kg or 7 kg - 12 kg to give you a price.
We'll weigh everything when it arrives at our shop, and contact you if there is a difference.
However to get the best washing result we do ask you to sort your laundry by type of laundry
and seperate white from other colors.

How is my laundry dried?
Your laundry will be machine dried.

Do I need to sort my clothes in white and other colors?

What temperature do you wash at?
We wash your laundry at temperature of 30 °C.

What detergents and softeners do you use and are these extra?
Do not worry, the price of detergents are included in our pricing of each type Xpress serice.
For Basic Xpress and Regular Xpress we use a popular quality detergent and softener.
For Super Xpress service we use a premium detergent Ariel or Breeze
and a premium quality softener Downy or Surf.
You can also include your own achets of detergent and softener which we will use.
However this will not reduce the price of the various Xpress services.
